         2017 SLAPPERS CLINIC

Patrick Murphy Softball School Slappers clinic will be held on Sunday, September 17th from 2:00 PM-5:00 PM at Rhoads Stadium. The slappers clinic will feature a very special guest instructor, NPF World Champion (Chicago Bandits) and former Northwestern University Softball Standout, Emily Allard. Head Coach Patrick Murphy, Associate Head Coach Alyson Habetz and Crimson Tide slappers will also serve as instructors! Campers will receive 3 hours of superior one-on-one instruction from the entire camp staff.

COST: $100.00 per Camper

LOCATION: Rhoads Softball Stadium located at 321 Peter Bryce Drive Tuscaloosa, AL 35401

WHAT TO BRING: Bat, cleats, tennis shoes and a good attitude! PLEASE ALSO BRING A COPY OF INSURANCE CARD (front & back) AND A COPY OF CURRENT SCHOOL PHYSCIAL FORM OR A SIGNED DOCTOR'S PERMISSION FORM.

CAMP REFUND POLICY: In order to be compliant with NCAA rules, please understand that any payment you make towards camp is non-refundable. If for some reason a camper cannot attend, please inform Kate Harris (kharris@ia.ua.edu) two weeks prior to the camp or clinic date and we will gladly forward your camp balance to be used towards for a different Patrick Murphy Softball School Camp or clinic. Please note that this does not reserve or hold your spot, you must still meet registration deadlines. If the camp director is not notified two weeks prior to the camp or clinic date, no forward will occur. If an individual cannot attend due to a medical reason, please provide a doctor’s note to kharris@ia.ua.edu and the balance will be forwarded, if the cancellation is made prior to camp. Finally, no refunds or balance forwards will be issued upon expulsion or voluntary withdrawal from camp.

YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE WITHOUT THE FOLLOWING: Even if you have attended Patrick Murphy Softball School camps in the past, we will need NEW copies of both documents for EVERY PMSS camp attended:
• Copy of Insurance Card
• Copy of current school Physical Form (within 365 days of camp) or a signed Doctor’s Permission Form

All camps are open to any and all entrants. (Limit only by number, age, grade level and/or gender).
