An URGENT Message to our Patrick Murphy Softball School Campers Regarding COVID-19 & June Summer Camp Session I & II:
Per the Southeastern Conference’s Presidents and Chancellors meeting held this week, it was decided to extend the suspension of all in-person camps through Friday, July 31. At this time, we are announcing that we have rescheduled Session I to September 4-5-6, 2020. Session II of Patrick Murphy Softball School Summer Camp is CANCELLED. Session I campers can find more information on the September camp by visiting www.alabamasoftballcamp.com
 
Campers who have registered for Session I have the following options:
Option 1: Roll your registration over from June Session I camp to our September camp (September 4th, 5th and 6th, 2020). The only thing we need from you is a simple reply to PatrickMurphySoftballSchool@gmail.com that you would like to roll your registration over and sign up for September camp. We certainly understand this is a big decision to make! We appreciate your prompt attention, as camp will remain open to any and all new campers who wish to enroll in our September camp – and we tend to fill up QUICK! To reiterate, due to NCAA rules, we cannot hold or reserve a spot for you, only if payment is received is a camper officially enrolled in camp, so we will need a reply from you to confirm that you would like to roll your registration over and sign up for September camp. PLEASE INCLUDE FIRST/LAST NAME OF CAMPER AND REGISTRATION ID WHEN UPDATED YOUR CAMPER STATUS.
Option 2: Cancel your registration and receive a refund in the same way that you issued your payment, directly from MyOnlineCamps.com. Please reply to PatrickMurphySoftballSchool@gmail.com to confirm you would like cancel your registration and receive a refund. PLEASE INCLUDE FIRST/LAST NAME OF CAMPER AND REGISTRATION ID WHEN UPDATED YOUR CAMPER STATUS.
Option 3: If you used a forwarded balance to register for Session I, your balance will return back to the “camp bank,” and the amount can be applied to September camp OR any future camp of your choice. Please reply to PatrickMurphySoftballSchool@gmail.com to confirm you would like your forwarded balance reapplied to your camp bank. PLEASE INCLUDE FIRST/LAST NAME OF CAMPER AND REGISTRATION ID WHEN UPDATED YOUR CAMPER STATUS.
Option 4: If you paid a deposit and or made a full payment for June Summer Camp Session I, you are welcome to leave you registration fee in the “camp bank,” and use it to a future camp or clinic of your choice. Please reply to PatrickMurphySoftballSchool@gmail.com to confirm you would like to forward your balance to a future camp. PLEASE INCLUDE FIRST/LAST NAME OF CAMPER AND REGISTRATION ID WHEN UPDATED YOUR CAMPER STATUS.
 
Campers who have registered for Session II have the following options:
